Troy Hipolito Bio

Troy Hipolito is the Managing Director of
ISO Interactive, LLC |
Troy started his formal education by obtaining a Vocational Certification in Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD). For several years he worked at NKF Engineering as a CAD Draftsman for Naval Architecture. Later he joined the United States Army Reserves and completed his term at the grade of E5 (Sergeant).
Afterwards, he obtained a Commercial Graphics degree (1997) as well as a Certificate in Engineering Technology from Trident Technical College in South Carolina.
While attending college, Troy earned the position of Graphic Design Association President and represented students by presenting the plans for the First 3D Animation Certification in the state of South Carolina .
His graphic design foundation led him directly to a web design career. Starting as a web designer/developer, he worked on projects that expanded his skill sets into a number of interactive and programming areas, including Adobe® Flash®, Director/Shockwave, SmartFoxServer, .NET, ASP, PHP and SQL Server Database technologies .
Through years of working for several interactive firms, Troy has developed numerous interactive and multimedia installations for mid-size and Fortune 500 companies. Skills employed range from architecture development, design, programming, and multi-player game development, which have all contributed to his expertise surrounding the integration of diverse web/Internet technologies.
With over 12 years of in-depth interactive experience, Troy has incorporated a wide array of skills to produce award-winning projects and client solutions.
Troy also owns and operates shocksites.com, one of the largest Adobe® Director® Software 3rd Party learning resources.

Mike MacNerland

Proudly serving as ISO Interactive’s Art Director, Mike develops fun and unique style of character animation and game design.
Mike recently worked on many of the platformer
style games with the Kid Command Virtual World project, helping ISO Interactive win the
Adobe Site of the Day award! |
In addition he is a major contributor to our
new humor inspired action MMO called
"MyMe Adventure" !
Mike began his professional career as an artist at the age of 15 (way before he had any hair on his chest) after having his comic strip "Fish Eye View" published in several local newspapers. |

Mike later received a scholarship to Oswego State University to continue his comic strip in the Universities paper "The Oswegonian." There he received his BA in graphic design.
Mike specializes in digital art using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash, Alias Sketchbook Pro. In fact, he teaches these programs online reaching students all over the globe.
Upon completion he started his own design firm "Mike Mac Designs," creating stunning magazine illustrations, logos, posters, character designs, and Flash animated cartoons.
Mike also worked with Radical Axis Studio in Atlanta, GA on
Cartoon Network's "Aqua Teen Hunger Force"as an animator and character designer. In Addition Mike was commissioned by the Co-creator of "Aqua Teen Hunger Force" to design a short film he had written entitled "Busted" which is currently being shown in film festivals across the nation.

Robert Rochwick Bio

Rob Rochwick manages the team for
development logic for ISO Interactive’s
primary applications. |
A few of Rob’s responsibilities consists converting existing Microsoft and Hybrid platforms to fully extensible Open Source applications and developing Java based game logic to work with SmartFoxServer, Flash, Adobe Director, and Unity 3D.
Rob Rochwick earned his BS in Computer Science with emphasis on Software Engineering from Georgia State University in May 2005. Since graduating, he has focused on applying his Object-Oriented skill set to new technologies.
Rob's primary focus in recent years has been internet/network programming and interactive web content. In 2004, he began working with Macromedia Flash and Java to develop multi-user interactive applications. Soon, he expanded his skills to include a variety of next generation technologies, including PHP, AJAX, Flex, and ActionScript. His most recent work includes an HTML/CSS redesign and PHP/SQL administrative overhaul of the popular web comic, “The Noob.”
Rob's skills include creating interactive content with Flash, Flex, and ActionScript; web building using PHP, SQL, and JavaScript; and programming with the more traditional languages of C/C++/C# and Java w/Swing.
William Johnson Bio
Technical Manager

William is ISO Interactive’s most versatile manager. Taking much of the burden off Troy’s shoulders, he works side by side to help manage day to day project tasks, time lines and code implementation. |
While attending the University of South Florida, William worked as a CO-OP at Citi Group in the UAT testing department. During this time, he was exposed to White Box Testing, in which he thoroughly tested web applications. Afterwards, he moved to a development team for CitiDirect for Securities, where he worked as a SQL Server 2005 database and C#.NET / Visual Basic.NET developer.
William graduated from the University of South Florida with a “Bachelors in Computer Engineering.” During his education, he spent most of his time studying Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Math, Logic Design, Software Engineering, and Game Development. He is also a member of the International Game Developers Association, Association for Computer Machinery, IEEE, and was the treasurer for players to professionals in 2006.
After graduation, William worked for several years as a game developer for a small company in St. Petersburg, FL using C#.NET, Java, and Flash / ActionScript. He now proudly works for ISO Interactive as the Technical Lead.
 On a side note, Game Development, Artificial Intelligence, and Robotics are his passion. When he is not working at ISO, he is generally tinkering with a new Robot of some kind at home or working on a 3D Game Engine.
