Challenge:

Time is money for the builders of this industrial loft community. The client needed to showcase all aspects of the lofts and community effectively in order to bring people in and close sales.




Solution:

Showcase the sites and sounds of their latest creation in an all Flash site. Visitors could quickly see a number of model living spaces, print directions, and view many other aspects of this high scale community.




Visually pleasing and direct to the point design has converted potential buyers into loft owners.
