The word interactive encompasses the combination of different methods to produce a complete solution. Such a solution communicates the proper message to the correct audience.

Each project has its own specific goals.

For example, our customized content management systems incorporate only the functions needed. This makes it easy and more efficient to update page content without the knowledge of web programming, but rather with tools that are familiar to the common user. It also preserves the design while promoting a number of ways to maintain communication with your audience. Many features are automatically formatted with content and visuals for you. If you can use Microsoft Word then you can maintain a very large web site. It is really that easy.

And it should be.

What if the goal of your project is to engage the audience with real time communication? We have built entire MMORPG (Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Games) using a solid and successful system. Instead of just using a text based chat, why not engage the user and experience a new visual type of communication. Having a virtual world provides a new way to have community discussions, educational classes, games, or even ecommerce.

Users want to be part of a worth-while experience.

Whether it is Flash, video, or dynamic content, it is all visual and interactive. Creating and designing the look and feel sets the tone of the entire project. Designing the visual portion of a project also entails best usability practices. In other words, having a great looking interactive piece is useless if the user cannot figure out where they need to go in order to get what they want.

We follow a simple philosophy:

Users are always 3 clicks away from leaving.

So we design our solutions to be “3 click friendly.”
